Won't ever go back. Took F250 in and came back with peeling paint with was not there before. Denied their responsibility. Also took Escape information pil change and they held it for two weeks! Wouldn't answer phone or allow it dealer help during Covid so they just sat on it and I had no way of retrieving car. They never did oil change wither. Called Ford Motor Co who also couldn't get through! Eventually the GM responded and gave me my car back. Never go there!

Alyssa from the Courtesy Ford service team is absolutely phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, particularly when explaining recalls or common repairs and advising on the best path forward to address an issue. She even printed out a repair notice that I was now out of warranty to address, and so needed to call Ford Customer Service about, and highlighted exactly what I needed to tell them I was calling about to make it easier when I did. She is also thorough in reviewing exactly what work was done and right on with estimates of when the work would be completed and when I should plan to come pick up my vehicle. I’m completely converted to be a Courtesy client (was previously going to another Ford dealership in the area) because my experience with Alyssa was far and above any that I’ve had previously.

I had a challenging experience with the service department at Courtesy Ford. Prior to taking my vehicle there, I had consulted other shops for repairs, and I was referred to Courtesy Ford due to their reputation for effective troubleshooting. Upon my visit, the team provided me with a diagnosis, repair options, and pricing, which I appreciated. I agreed to proceed with the recommended repairs. After a few days, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I inquired about the repair results and was assured that everything was completed, and my vehicle was in good condition. After paying for the services and driving for approximately 20 minutes, I noticed that the issues I initially experienced had not been resolved. I felt quite disappointed as it seemed that I had not fully received the value for my time and investment. I reached out to the service advisors regarding these ongoing issues, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I am left wondering about the quality of the parts used—whether they were new or previously used—and why the original issues persisted after the repairs. I believe that if I had been encouraged to return to the service department for further inspection, I might have felt more positively about my experience. However, the lack of communication has been frustrating. As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to return to Courtesy Ford for my service needs in the future.

I'm here this morning for the regular scheduled maintenance on my personal Ford Focus. I've been coming here for decades for service, for several used cars over the years and finally a new car in 2014. Courtesy Ford service is always top notch. The service bays are super clean and focused on the work. I've never had to worry about 'bait n switch' service or phony issues- Courtesy Ford has earned my trust again and again for many years. You'll see continuity in staffing, which suggests the team members have a good work environment. Just like your surgeon, you want satisfied, happy technicians under your hood. My purchase in 2014 was easy, and they will help you find a specific type or model if you have someone with special needs. They partner with Quick Lane around the corner for tires and some additional services. You're treated like a customer, not a number here.

Horrible experience with the service department lady at the counter was nice and friendly looked like she cared but long story short I had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change and full inspection of my vehicle/ Tire rotation which was told it would be about an hr to an hr and a half I wasn't worried I let them know I'd be walking around to let me know when it was done 3 hrs later I had to go up and ask if it was nearly done to which I had got informed their was a slight issue that the tech who had spilled oil over my engine bay I got super annoyed as I take my car to them assuming their the professional I got assured they would clean it up and nothing would go wrong the tech than pulls my car around to which I find oil splashed all over my engine bay all over my wheel and axels , control arms and other components didn't even look like they bothered cleaning it I than noticed my tires had not been rotated as I have black wheel weights up front and silver on the rear which when it came out were in the exact same spot I pulled a tech aside that was walking by to ask about the spill and he assured me everything would be ok and i also asked and he claumed he witnessed the tech perform the rotation in other words proceeded to lie to me I wasn't worried about that as I could go get them rotated else where it was more or less the fact they lied and made a mess which I had to than deal with the smell of oil coming from my vents for the rest of the weekend if I wanted a shitty job done I'd go to jeffy lube or valvoline I know for sure I won't be coming back to this location as I've had multiple issues with this location not nearly as bad but this definitely made me change my mind. Hard to trust anyone now days and by the one was never informed on the specs of the vehicle so I don't even know of my brakes are bad if fluids are low which I cleared asked for so way to go courtesy ford services
