Scott Hepner was very helpful and he delivered my car back today exactly as scheduled. They even cleaned the inside of my car for me! I would definitely use them again.

Was given an estimate of 3 to 4 weeks for a dented rear panel. It wasn't major damage, but the repair then went to 4 to 5 weeks. Then 5 to 6 weeks. Labor Day has come & and gone, and it's now mostly through 6 weeks, yet I still haven't received my vehicle. I've had to Uber and use buses for twice the amount of weeks quoted. No calls, texts, emails, or correspondence whatsoever on as to why, when I'll receive it, apologies, or attempts to make it better.

Mike Hepner did a great job, not only on the repair of fairly light damage but representing me with the insurance adjuster. It made the whole process pleasant. Carr really sells trust!

nfortunately, I've had to visit this Auto Bodyshop twice due to some unfortunate accidents. While I can't say the process was fast, as they were busy with other clients ahead of me, the wait was well worth it. It took almost two months to repair my Subaru Outback each time, but I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. They used OEM parts and did an excellent job on the repairs. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to using the best parts for my car. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for quality repairs, even if it takes a bit of time!

Way overpriced if not using insurance, then I realized it is all part of getting the most from the insurance as possible. Gave me a ridiculous quote that even the young man who did the estimate said he wouldn't pay what they quoted. Too bad people still take advantage of each other instead of being fair and just. Lost a potential customer and I will pass this information to the dealership who recommended them so others won't be steered here. They wanted to charge me $4,000 for this!
