The technicians at this garage are very professional and attentive. The pricing is transparent and reasonable. What I appreciate most is their honesty — they only recommend necessary repairs and do not suggest replacing parts that are still in good condition. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

4.5 stars :) Front bumper without frame damage repair looks perfect. Very friendly staff and explain in detail what they're doing. It was very hard to get a straight ETA on when repairs would be done -- next Tuesday, we'll call you, next Friday, we'll keep in touch, I'll call on Wednesday, no call, call on Friday, office will call you back. Ultimately I don't think they could've repaired the vehicle any faster than the 2.7 months it took due to the slow trickling in of parts from Toyota (new car), and the repairs themselves look great and the car works great. Communication back was just a sore spot, as for most of month 2 in repairs I thought we were always 4 days out from completion and month 3 of repairs (2-2.7 month period) we were in the same boat. But overall solid experience!

A friend referred me to Canyon Auto after my previous mechanic retired during the pandemic and they're fantastic. The front office staff and mechanics really know their cars and can suggest items to watch for or look at that dealerships and other less experienced mechanics wouldn't recommend or be aware of until they become a more expensive problem. That's been important as one of my cars is getting up there in mileage. Service is excellent and my cars are always available when they say they'll be done. If there's a delay for ordering parts or whatever, the office calls and lets me know so I'm not surprised. They're up front about the cost; no tacking on extra parts, services, etc so suddenly the bill is hundreds more than expected. Prices are reasonable - good mechanics are expensive - and the quality of the service is worth every penny. I haven't had to use the collision center - knock on wood - but I'd expect the same level of service there as well when and if the time comes.

I really wish I could post photos because these guys did a fantastic job fixing a massive dent in my quarter panel (caused by a distracted driver backing up in a parking lot). It's absolutely night and day difference. I feel like I have a brand new truck! They were easy enough to get ahold of and Edgar made sure I was fully in the loop every time I reached out while my truck was in the shop letting me know what to expect and when. Edgar is also fantastic about negotiating with insurance so he'll make sure you're taken care of for sure. Absolute man of the people right here. We need more guys like him who create accountability in the industry, both for the insurance companies and for a job well done for autobody shops in the area. I truly cannot give a glowing enough review. I went in expecting to get it half fixed at best because you all know how insurance can be, but I walked out feeling like I had a brand new vehicle. I will be taking all of my business for autobody work here in the future and I strongly recommend you do the same.

Went there either on Oct. 3 or the following week because the front bumper was starting to come apart. I had to get it repaired without filing with the insurance. Went to other Body Shops to at least get a quote, they were asking too much, including Nissan. Met with Edgar Acosta, who informed me the price and the work breakdown and I was impressed. Very reasonable and Canyon Auto Repair and Collision isn't very far from where we live. Convenient. After everything was done, my wife and I was impressed by how the front bumper looked.
