I had the best experience at Beaverton Kia in leasing my 2025 Glacier White Pearl EV6 GT Line! Kristen was amazing to work with! From my first communication with her, to the final process of closing the deal, she answered all my questions and concerns, and she was thorough and transparent in explaining all the details of the transaction. I’m in Washington State and she was always available via text or email to answer my questions and go over numbers, and she always responded in a timely manner! On the day I picked up the car, she handled all the WA State DMV paperwork, so now all I have to do is wait for my plates to arrive in the mail! I was very impressed with how easy she made the process. 10/10 Also, special shout out to Karen for her generosity in valuing my trade! Thank you! Anyone looking to purchase a Kia who’s in Oregon or Washington State should definitely contact Kristen at Beaverton Kia! You work with just one person, in my case Kristen, throughout the entire process. I loved that, and you will too! Shoutout to Kristen and the entire team at Beaverton Kia!

We showed up on a Saturday without an appointment and were helped by Shawn Ange as we were still deciding what vehicle to purchase. Decided to drive the Telluride and my wife loved it. Went home to look at other dealers in the area online and none of them came close to Beaverton Kia's price. Went back Sunday to buy the car and Shawn walked us through the process, helped negotiate a few ins and outs, and got us out the door in a couple of hours. It was a nice change of pace to only deal with one person and Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. The Midnight Lake Blue color is perfect.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and professional integrity at Beaverton Kia. This is the only shop that has ever serviced my vehicle (currently at 27k miles). In September, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately afterward, the car’s handling felt "off" the tires squealed on highway curves and the cruise control began disengaging during turns. Hindsight I should have immediately taken my car back, but they had done a recall on my car so I thought maybe that effected the cruise control, and I thought maybe my tires just had to settle after the tire rotation. When I returned on 12/10/25 to address this, the service advisor, Aaron, confirmed that the rear tires were severely worn. He immediately said that someone had touched the alignment on my vehicle which he later confirmed in a video he sent to me. I had told him no one else had touched my vehicle, and he asked me if I bought the vehicle there. I told him no and then asked if I wanted to take it to the dealership I bought it from to get a second opinion. I had no idea why he would even suggest that as where I bought my vehicle would have nothing to do with the issue with my car. I felt like he was rude and condescending and was accusing me of lying and that I must have taken my vehicle to another shop for an alignment. The most alarming part? Aaron stated multiple times that “someone had touched the alignment.” Since Beaverton Kia is the only shop that has ever worked on this car, the only logical conclusion is that the alignment was improperly adjusted by their own technicians during the September visit. Despite this, the dealership is refusing to cover the cost of the alignment or the replacement tires costing me almost $700. It is deeply concerning that a dealership would admit a vehicle's alignment was "touched" and then refuse to stand by their work when they are the sole service provider. I have been forced to escalate this matter to Kia Corporate which is still pending. To add to the frustration, the quality control during this most recent visit was severely lacking. They performed a recall repair, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, I realized they had installed the wrong trim color. I had to point out the error myself and wait for them to fix it before I could leave. When I got into my car to leave, I also noticed they had left tools sitting on my seat. Several of the employees joked about the shop being dark but not that dark, and couldn't believe that no one noticed the mismatched trim. Sadly this is not their first error with me. In previous visits they had ordered the wrong part that they didn't discover until I had been sitting there for over 2 hours. I had to then take another half day off from work to bring the car back. Another time I made an appointment to have the window trim replaced on my car after the trim literally just fell off while driving. They acknowledged it was a known issue and we had called ahead of time to make sure they had the parts in stock as I didn't want to have to come back. When I went to drop my car off they expected me to leave it there for 2 days "to figure out what was wrong with it". I told them that we told them what was wrong with it over the phone, and that they confirmed they would have the parts to fix it which they did not. I then had to bring it back another day for them to fix this known issue that later turned into a recall. Warning to others: If you value your safety and expect a shop to take responsibility for their mistakes, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. A routine service here resulted in a dangerous mechanical failure that they now expect me to pay for. I am attaching two pictures. One shows the wear that happened to my tire from the end of September to the beginning of December. Also note that when I went in September there was no uneven wear noted for my tires. The other picture shows the very obvious mismatched trim that nobody noticed yet I immediately noticed as soon as they pulled my car up.

We had a great experience with Beaverton Kia. Car buying is stressful, but the team there made the entire process comfortable and easy. I found a vehicle on a site and reached out. Beaverton Kia reached back out very quickly and we scheduled a test drive. Tess, who took care of us, was friendly, down to earth, and non-pressuring. After the test drive we determined we wanted to move forward. The team found me a great rate and we drove out a little while later. I'd recommend this dealership, we felt they were very up front with us, worked with our financial needs/goals without hard press sales tactics. We didn't buy a new car, we purchased a used car that was under $14K. My wife and I still felt that we were treated as if were buying a new car for twice the purchase price. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I had a really amazing experience at Beaverton Kia. I got to work with John “Big John” who had some amazing stories, an incredibly vibrant personality, and was very kind. John worked with me and helped me get the car I was looking for while still giving me options despite my low qualifications and even gave me some of his lunch because I hadn’t eaten!!!!!! John had so much to say and was awesome all around!
