I had Son helping me with my phone upgrade and he was fantastic. Super efficient and explained all potential charges, price points, etc.
I was approached by a field agent about switching my services from t mobile ! Long story short , I was lied to and swindled into a nightmare, I got my first bill after I switched my service and upgraded to one of there phones & traded my paid for iPhone! 300$ I’m on a tight budget trying to fix my credit! I went to 3 different stores ended up at the corporate store, I paid 50$ to return the other phone I got for my grandson because he said it would be cheaper to get 2 phones and 2 lines! ! Then I was on the phone with customer service that is a bunch of people from India I could hardly understand! After 3 weeks I thought I had gotten it fixed down to something reasonable something I could afford! 5 days later they over drafted mybank account 279$ I was very happy with T moble ! I was swindled by a 23 year old! I hate AT&T!!! I would never recommend it to anyone! Be aware of there lying field agents and there corporate offices that wouldn’t make it rite & charged me another 50$ I couldn’t afford to take there phone back that I had for less than 2 weeks! It had service for literally 2 days they charged me the hookup fee full month of service! I couldn’t believe that a corporate store would do that to any customer!
Son and Samantha are a dynamic duo who are literally the definition of a good customer service agent. They were so attentive to what I was wanting to get done and efficiently ensuring that I was able to get a new number and free phone upgrade. They also helped with the accessories and even made sure to apply all discounts. Thank you! 💫
