Almost perfect once they fix the west, 5th Ave, (2nd floor entrance, no ♿ ramp) glass canopy to not drip/leak on folx as we exit/enter.

Quick in and out experience: I handed them my papers, and they assisted me, and I left the place within a few minutes. The same occurred when I went there to pick up my visa.

Manager seemed super chill and dope 10/10 would recommend. Helped me open a fantastic new account I’m so excited, I will never bank anywhere else. If you want good service it’s definitely worth the trip

It's ok. When I went to open my new account I set an appointment calling the phone number that was listed next to their address which ended up being the location down by pioneer square and instead of just letting me see a banker there they made me walk all the way down to pioneer square in the pouring rain which they should have just been able to help me there they weren't busy at all the staff on the other hand is very nice and very helpful and so is the management just not very accommodating. Also one day when I went there they told me they close early due to riots and there hadn't been riots in downtown and months at that time.
