Hired them to do attic ventilation for a garage space that's being converted and did not have ventilation, as well as to improve intake for the rest of the house. First off, communication was probably the best of any contractor I've dealt with over the last couple years. Very proactive and responsive to text and email. Second, I did not feel remotely like I was being ripped off with way other bids appeared. Everyone has to make their money and I don't begrudge that, but Woods Roofing gave me a better quote for better material and on a better timeline, and the quality looks good. I would hire them again in the future for further roofing projects.

~ To Be Fair... ~
~ I did not actually obtain services, however when I was inquiring about a Free Quote he was rude and hung up on me while I was still speaking. He just said "No, no thanks, then click"...with an attitude.
~ I led with, full disclosure my first few questions will be strange but I'm looking for a specific type of company so there is a reason. I mentioned his amount of reviews and was about to say I assume your a small business? He cut me off and rudely asked if I'm trying to sell him reviews? I was not, I asked if that happens to him often and he said yes, so understandable frustration.
~ After clarifying I'm just looking for a small business roofing contractor, I then explained I don't want to waste his time out of respect for a small business. So in full disclosure I'm simply looking for a quote from a small business that uses 2 guys, but I'm not going to actually hire him for the job...just whenever he has free time to give a quote. Which is standard procedure for most contractors, not knowing if it will lead to a job or not. I was being considerate knowing they aren't like a ServPro. In exchange I was going to give a very valuable 5 Star Review from a Local Guide who is in the Top Ten 10% of Google Reviewers. However that is where he cut me off and just hung up with an attitude.
~ In summary, even if my offer was unappealing he was still rude and unprofessional about the situation. I personally wouldn't hire someone like that to work on my house. Character means a lot.

Woods Roofing replaced the roof on our house as well as the siding on one wall. They did an excellent job on both projects. Micah and his helper had a very professional attitude toward their work, arriving on the job at the same time every day, eager to get started, working quietly and efficiently throughout the day. Micah is an excellent communicator, keeping me informed of their progress on a daily basis. He helped me make decisions about the siding project, clearly explaining the pros and cons of the alternatives. He found a solution for a troublesome patio cover which had been causing problems for years. I am very pleased with the work that Woods Roofing did and the manner in which they carried it out. The price was reasonable and the results are top quality. I highly recommend Woods Roofing. Give Micah a call, you'll be glad you did!

I reached out to Woods Roofing based on all the excellent reviews and found that the reviews are absolutely accurate. Micah was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He fixed a problem with my roof that was causing a leak, and found another issue that would have caused future leaking. The whole process was straightforward, and I feel much better knowing that my roof was fixed by someone who knows his stuff. Thanks Micah and team!
Micah and Trevor did an excellent job all around. Great value for the quality of work performed. Micah cares a lot about the work he is doing, and it is evident in his attention to detail. We originally had only our roof scheduled to replace, but having a 100+ year old house, other issues came up along the way. They were able to add a couple days of difficult carpentry work to the job. They replaced 9 structural corbels and several fascia/barge boards that were rotted. I had no concern at any time that the work would be done right at a fair price, and they did not disappoint. Micah was upfront and transparent about costs, timelines, and anything else that came up throughout the project.
They arrived promptly every day and worked very hard, and do a great job of cleaning up when they are done.
I would not hesitate to hire Woods Roofing again for future projects. I am very happy we decided to use a smaller company to do business with, where the owner is working on your house.

Micah also helped paint our house, see finished product of painted pictures. He recommended a friend for the entire paint job, and Micah helped with the tough to reach places. Thanks for making our house feel and look like it should.
