Always so helpful! Most recently, I needed to bring in my ebike for a tune up and was able to pick it up the next day working like new :) I need my bike for work so the turn around time was SO appreciated. Highly recommend Tom and his shop!

Got a used bike from TomCat! Sean was knowledgable, helped me pick the right bike and fenders and rack and lock. I am very tall and thankfully they had a 63cm frame bike in stock that fit me well. I wanted to buy a tandem bike from a person that lives near TomCat bikes. The problem was I live far from the west coast and needed it to be shipped. The seller asked many bike shops till she found someone to say yes. It was Tom at TomCatBikes. Tom was there every step of the process, gave me a price for shipping and I accepted. The bike arrived the next week in perfect condition. Tom did an excellent job cushioning everything so nothing got scratched. The invoice was less than he quoted because he told me it turned out to be a smaller job than he thought. Talk about integrity!! Tom also helped me work thru an issue assembling the bike even though he was not the seller. If you have any bike shipping needs, you can trust TomCat!

Wonderful little bike shop! I drove up from Eugene because they had the bike I wanted in a hard-to-find size (x-small). The bike was new with a couple upgrades from the OEM model. Plus, it was on sale for a really great price. They installed a rear rack the same day I bought the bike even though I didn't have an appointment. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. He threw in a free T-shirt which my husband promptly put on. It's hard to imagine anyone having a bad experience here. Thanks, Tom!
