I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now! The people who run this food truck are the human embodiment of angels 🩵 The food is insane, their burgers are the best dupes for in and out Ive ever had. The breakfast burrito is incredible. Just all around one of my favorite businesses/ places to eat. 🩵

I’ve heard about this spot for a couple years now, only good things. So I finally made the trip down to this charming little food cart alley. I got the flying pig and my oh my. This is the best vegan chicken sandwich I have ever had. 10/10 I’ll be coming back for more.

This place has the best vegan burger I have ever had. Absolutely the best comfort vegan food comes out of this truck and you will NOT be disappointed. The owners are super passionate about what they do and it absolutely shines through in their food. It's an awesome food park and also offers an indoor space for dining that has really cute shops from local artists as well. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

EDIT: I am lowering my review to 3 stars as any time I've craved this food cart, it is closed. I've wanted The Wagon throughout the summer and their hours are just abysmal. The food is still excellent, but that doesn't help with the rarity that it's open. The richest of all vegan spots I've tried in PDX. The food is large and in charge American classics that outdo almost every burger I've had in town. To me it is a bit overpriced but can be worth it given the sheer amount of food they give you.

They serve up crave-worthy 🌱-based burgers that are guaranteed to satisfy vegans, omnivores, and everyone in between. The Reuben shows your really can have it all, an amazing and authentic-tasting Reuben and a tasty burger at the same time. In the Pig Out they took the 🐷 out of this burger without taking out the deliciousness. The mix of flavors was irresistible.
