Carl Grending is THE best. He helped my business secure our commercial lease, and the process couldn't have been any smoother. As a production company, our needs in an office were niche. We needed office space, and a studio we could use for our shoots. Carl at SVN helped us get the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!
Our experience with Bjorn Beer and his partner has been unpleasant and had zero results. When we discussed separation he used bullying tactics and is frankly conceded and rude with little concern about timeliness in his responses and when confronted on why he cannot get back to us in time or asked about promises he has made he gets very defensive and uses aggression to silence the opposition. There certainly are easier to work with agents out there and they likely get better results. Hard pass.
Carl is excellent to work with. He absolutely knows how to navigate this ever changing market and really takes care of his clients!
Tom Smith is outmost rudest person I have encountered in a very long time his professional as a business person is not professional or courteous in any form or way what so ever .from the beginning of the phone conversation I had questions regarding a property first thing he said was what do you want!!! Then I tried to explain to him and he would not acknowledge nothing he is a closed minded person in my opinion and very unprofessional and not courteous what so ever if you are wanting to rent or lease your property or are a person trying to lease or rent do not waste your time he is not professional this just shows what type of people are working at this company
Carl Grending was such a pleasure to work with that I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a commercial realtor. He handled all the heavy lifting, and all I had to do was make a choice. A choice I am proud to say I am happy with all thanks to Carl Grending.
