We recently had our roof replaced and had estimates from four different companies. What really stood out about this company was their honesty. Even though our roof was in pretty bad shape and ultimately needed full replacement, they were the only company that also offered a quote for a repair option. That meant a lot to us because it showed they were focused on what was best for us, not just the biggest job. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away, which made us feel confident and taken care of. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a great job. The finished roof looks fantastic. We truly appreciated their integrity, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Joe, Greg and the crew were great!

Just had a new roof put on my house. Darren the estimator and supervisor was responsive from beginning to end. Elias, the crew leader was prompt, friendly and worked hard. Roof looks good and hopefully stays that way for many years. The office staff were very friendly and competent as well.

Sawtooth did a wonderful job from start to finish putting a new roof on our house. Our roof has a very steep pitch but they had no problem and even added vents as needed. They worked fast and was able to put the roof on in December and finished the day before a huge rain storm. There were no surprises, they communitlcated well when there was a siding issue around the chimney and I felt the replacement costs for that area were reasonable. The crew was very clean and made sure there was no nails hanging around the areas they worked. I recommend using Sawtooth as they did a great job and have a really good warranty on the shingles and work.

There are a lot of preventable bad things that happened on this job. Even the pictures prove the roofers did not reseal the skylights they removed, or all of the screws. They left strings of usable nails on the roof. They had to cut a second hole for the kitchen vent. But the roof has a great warranty! It looks great and the D-rings are great for working on the roof, except they could be placed further out... The project manager was called out multiple times, yet I am posting the pictures after his last visit. But he is a great guy!

After getting bids from 3 other roofing companies, and finally getting a last minute word of mouth recommendation from a friend, we met Tom with Sawtooth. Loved the transparency, and no-nonsense approach to this company's style. Not fancy, but super high quality. We got a much better estimate with them AND they felt more honest than the other bigger companies. In the end, our roof was done quickly, neatly, timely, and in the dead of winter on the east side of Portland (with a storm approaching!). They did AMAZING work! We've already told others about them and we want to make sure we left a positive review so others know about them, too. You always should get multiple bids, but if you're in a time pinch, just go with Sawtooth!
