This place is very popular and for good reason! The dishes and drinks we enjoyed here were delicious and high quality! The seasonal hotcake was truly a masterpiece and worth the 20 minutes cook time. The staff were all friendly and even helped my husband sub out the pork belly in his dish for avocado. There are quite a few vegetarian options on the menu and a couple vegan items too. I want to try the brothy beans next time!

Reviews from Google
More reviews on GoogleWe came here for the coffee with my son visiting from out of town who is a coffee nerd. We expected crafted coffee experience, but we were pleasantly delighted by the taste of the crafted cuisine. My son had the coffee flight and process was top notch. Food and meals is not the right word. The simple ordain was layers of flavor. From oatmeal, avocado toast, to perennial favorites potato hash. To be fair, we dont prefer the sauce for the hash a little too much anchovie for us, but you can ask foenthat on the side. Easy to share for two. I tried the tumeric chai latte, and as i dicat2d by the server, no notes of tumeric. Flavor complexity and depth. Mynwife is gluten intolerant, and the hash is great choice. Also gf carrot cake is wonderful and not too sweet. Other options include gf ube tea cake whichbwe will tey next time. Don't come here for just to get some coffee and breakfast. Come here to enjoy the flavor delight mastery of libation and cuisine.
Proud Mary is a staple for both great brunch and excellent coffee in Portland. It almost surprises you how top notch their coffee is because it is just so easy to go there for brunch. Coffee Snobs can enjoy high end coffee with their regular friends over brunch. Proud Mary has unique refreshing fusion brunch items. Some rooted in Australian culture others just unique. fusion. There are great sweet breakfast items along with savory ones. If you go definitely get. I recommend the pour flight so you can try a bunch of variety in one go. It is easy to share with 2-4 people also. The potato hash is very good, the turkish eggs are great, their bacon is a must try. A nice thick cut slab or savory smokey meat.
If I could give them 6 🌟, I would. They deserve all the accolades. The ambience is modern but not cold, you can wait for indoor seating or order from their sidewalk window for take away. The food was incredible, specifically the Avo Toast. I know, I know, it's avocado toast, what could be that special? Just trust me, it's worth it. The sausage roll was also good for a savory item, however, I personally feel it needs some sort of dipping sauce to round out the flavors. The coffee, though! That's the life changing part of this equation. The menu can be a bit overwhelming (just me?) but I was not disappointed with the flavor or presentation. That rocks glass... not liquor, that's coffee - and it was phenomenal.
Really friendly and great service! We sat at the bar and everyone there was just lovely to talk to. The food was top notch, so freaking good! Stellar flavor profiles 🤌 I had the avocado toast and my friend had the hash. So so good!
