I’d like to give a quick shout-out to a company we’ve had a great experience with: Pacific Landscaping. I serve as the treasurer for a homeowners association on the south end of Salem, and last year we needed a new landscaper who could handle everything — a large common area with turf, planting beds, trees, bushes, low-voltage lighting, and irrigation. I work at a local homeless shelter here in Portland, Pacific Landscape is our go to provider and a constant source of both quality work and incredible assistance when we have any issues with our grounds or irrigation systems. I am a direct part in choosing what vendors we utilize here, and to be honest I don't think I would go with anyone else, the crew PAC has is above par and constantly going above and beyond for us. The team at PAC has an incredible range of flexibility when it comes to budgets and they work with us every year to make sure all of our needs are met. I'm sorry if this feels like a superficial "fakish" review, but I have to tell you neither I or my team here at the shelter have any complaints.

I have been a customer of Pacific Landscape Management for over 15 years. The company has a real commitment to providing quality service to their customers. The communication with our office is always timely, their workers onsite are courteous and any issues are resolved quickly. Over the years employees change but they always tell us what is coming and listen to our input. I also appreciate that the company gives back to their employees and the community. It is a well run company.

Pacific Landscape Maintenance has been our landscape care provider for several years. Two years ago, our HOA Board put our landscape maintenance work out for bid. Again, PLM had the most complete set of services, and their price was proven to be competitive. They were reconfirmed to be our choice. Katie, who is our PLM contact, has good communication skills. She does a great job of keeping us updated on the activities of PLM on our property. She is quick to respond if we have any questions. The Spring Sunpatience plantings help set our entry above and apart from other HOAs. We appreciate the service and relationship.

Forced to use them in our HOA. It seems they know how to do is hack jobs. Many of my 4-5' bushes destroyed to 1' or less. If you have an option not to use them, don't. Most of my reviews on Google are positive. This is one of my very few 1 stars.
