Ret arded bank discriminates while hiring based on work experience. Don’t do business with them :)

KEYBANK WILL LET PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY I was accurately alerted of a fraudulent transaction on my debit card a while ago and immediately cancelled the card. Despite Keybank’s own system flagging the charge, they ruled against my dispute and allowed the fraudster to steal my money. The evidence they used included inaccurate information. I filed a police report and a complaint with the CFPB. I still never got my money back. I was also told that my personal checking account was closed and in the clear by somebody at this branch after I called to make sure the balance was zero. Yet I’m still receiving collections notices from their corporate email.

Mr. Chu was a total boss - he helped me deal with a very frustrating payment issue in a matter of 15 minutes, and was extremely kind and understanding the whole time. I had already spent 30 minutes on the web application trying to resolve the issue (couldn't be done from the web app), so I spent another hour on the phone with customer support, who ultimately disconnected with me before the problem could be resolved (and I couldn't get re-connected with them). Frustrated with the run-around, I showed up in-person to this location and bam - Mr. Chu understood the problem within 30 seconds and quickly resolved it. I cannot say enough for how great of an experience this was - thanks again for the great help today. That guy probably deserves a promotion.

Much thanks for Sonia who stepped up for clearing my red flag on the account caused by the Beaverton branch. she helped me through this until it gets clear. She was supper helpful and nice. I wish I had opened my first account with this branch. The support and customer service are excellent. This branch is highly recommended.

when I started with Key bank they were great for a while. About 6 months ago the problems started. Problems are as follows. 1. Once a month I was suppose to have a 30 dollar transfer from my checking to savings. They would randomly transfer various amounts for example on month they did 38.00 which caused an over draft fee. 2.Some times up to a week after a transaction cleared they would hit me with over draft fees. I have been banking for several years and never ever had as many over draft fees as I did while I banked with Key bank. 3. between the hours of 11 pm and 6 am my balance would randomly rotate with differences of up to 200 dollars. I am very detailed oriented and use there app over 30 times a day to check my balance So I new what was in there. 4. Attitude, they were always trying to convince you that they were doing you a favor when they fixed their mistakes. When I finally decided to close my account, I tried to express my displeasure about how I was treated, the teller told me not to get nasty with her. The only thing I did was asked her to add the charges up by hand according to date and she told me not to talk to her like that or she was going to get nasty with me. My question what exactly did that mean.Sounded like a veiled threat to me. 5. Lack of 24 hour service and next to no service on the weekends. Come on almost every bank worth anything has 24 hour service. 6. Please tell the truth, when I signed the papers to close the account I was told by the teller it would be done the next day. It took a week, if you guys started being honest from the word go your image would not be so bad My Conclusion I will never go back there for anything, If your company did not want my business just say so and I would have left right away but then you could not have charged me for all those over draft fees
