I’d like to begin by saying I no longer have a perfect driving record. My wife and I purchased a vehicle that will help ensure us getting to work on time. However, with recent history we were more than reluctant to find insurance. Madison Meeks, With integrity, precision, and enthusiasm helped my wife and I find an affordable plan. She didn’t just settle for anything that came up, she researched and did due diligence to get us what we needed and wanted. I never thought I’d look forward to a call with an insurance agent. Thank you Madison for making an otherwise painful process a seamless and fruitful one. 10 stars for Griffindor!

Eva Meeke and Lola Bakonyi have been SO amazing and helpful over the last year since we found JMI. I was referred to Eva by a friend of mine when we were adding our teenage daughter to our auto insurance. Eva was able to quickly find a much lower price than anything I found on my own. She even helped me save on my homeowner's insurance! Then a year later when my policies were coming up for renewal, Lola reached out saying she could save us literally thousands annually if we made another switch on both of our policies. She switched us over with ease over email via Docusign and it couldn't have been a more seamless process. Now we are saving more money monthly which is always the goal. I am beyond grateful for the customer service of Eva and Lola with JMI and am SO happy I found them. I recommend JMI to everyone I know!

The insurance business can be fickle, complicated and expensive. But it is also necessary. JMI has found a way to uncomplicate this industry for its customers and provide value and exemplary service at incredibly reasonable rates. At the top of that exemplary service at JMI is Eva. Not only does she know the business, but she navigates the complexities for policy holders with ease, clarity and with genuine caring and patience. Jonny, Eva and Amir are the best! I have a rental and a primary home covered through them. Even though insurance has been hit the hardest by inflation out of any other commodity in the US, their team ensures they work hard to shop for the lowest rate. I also share them with whoever I can because I really enjoy their customer service and deep level of commitment to getting people the best rate possible! Thank you guys
