Roseburg Oregon Fred Meyers employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy people are very good. We especially like Gwen and Keith the pharmacist. But with all the drug stores that have closed, the pharmacy area is cramped, the line is long, and there doesn't seem to be enough pharmacists employed. Perhaps less jewelry store and more pharmacy area.
Your store in Portland, Oregon the barbur location. You need to hire all new management and retrain your staff. You guys have a contract with Instacart. You shouldn’t treat people like thieves first off and I have plenty of videos and recording. I have been recording my interactions at that store for three months and it’s sad and sickening. I can actually take these and go to a lawyer and how you guys treat me I’m still a customer. I am a paying customer in there and just because Diane wants to keep letting customers go in front of me just because I’m an Instacart and regulars are more important. Well I’m sorry I’m still working and I’m sorry I don’t get paid by the hour. I get paid by the batch so just being told do you know wait no this person‘s gonna go in front of you that is horrible and then the managers that are up there they just allow their employees to treat all their customers like crap you guys should really get rid of your contract with Instacart. If you don’t like Instacart shoppers you shouldn’t stereotype and you shouldn’t treat people awful you have a nice umbrella coverage and three months worth of videos. All I can tell you is when I go to a lawyer and I present all these I can sue each individual employee that has treated me like a thief who has berated me who has embarrassed who has humiliated who has taught down to me also 14 items don’t need six bags oh and the best part there’s only four bags they do that so they can mess up your account make extra dollars on other customers for your company‘s pocket that’s pretty sad and disgusting. How much money are you making off customers on your bags because of all your stores do it 00 then it only needs to know I don’t want that many bags they don’t care they don’t listen and then when you say anything, they treat you more awful so thank you for messing up my account as well and I will also be adding that into my little folder for barber Fred Meyer and the more you do that I can actually sue this company for ruining my account as well maliciouslyThat’s sad. My mom has cancer and this is why I do Instacart so the fact that you guys treat families like that says a lot you guys are absolutely disgusting. You ruined my valentines. I won’t shop there anymore. They didn’t even want to replace my meat even though I had a receipt and my mom was in the hospital. She ruined my mom‘s last Valentine’s Day dinner. You guys are just a disgusting disgusting horrible company.
First off? Love this Wasilla branch store since 1975 when it opened. I am a loyal customer for all stores between Wasilla & Anchorage, Alaska. You have a not-so-funny comedian in your Wasilla store at customer service. I seriously asked the in-store location of a particular product as I have walking issues and do not need nor want to, explore the store to find a product. We were briefly discussing which door to enter and do I turn left or right ?? And she told me, "it's in the store", for which I promptly replied, "thank you and have a nice day" and hung up. I am NOT laughing !!! I was laughing later at the absurdity of that person actually working in customer service. (she needs to be yanked from customer service). Incident was today at 7 pm Alaska time.
What happened to the Fred Meyer app? We use it all the time and now that it has changed it's difficult to navigate around, and ad products to the list. It sucks. We use the Idaho Falls store and really like it so yes it has been our main shopping store. Put the app back to the way it was, please.
Please please put in electric rider carts in your Renton Washington store on Benson They just shut down my local Fredmyers store in Kent Washington on 240th I guess due to shoplifters and that saddened me, So I go to the nearest store on Benson Not one single rider cart in the whole store. Lots of space and outlets but zero carts.
