These guys installed a heat pump and full ducting in my house last year. The price was great and the workmanship so far had been great. It works really well. Yes, sometimes communication isn't great and sometimes the father and son were yelling at each other, but they did good work at a great price. I have recommended them to my friends.

TLDR: Leonard was terrible with everything, from communication and scheduling, down to diagnosis, installation and follow-up. A lot of Vietnamese people recommended this father-son duo, but first and foremost, Leonard was horrendous with communication, often rescheduling six hours late on two occasions and also not even showing up for two appointments, even after rescheduling. I was really accommodating and patient with potential timeslots. Even when he showed up, his diagnostic was incorrect so he basically installed an unnecessary part. When I asked to follow up, Leonard ghosted me. I was hoping to support other Asian folks, but don't support this company y'all!!!

I called Five Star and got serviced the same day! Leonard was friendly and talked me through every process to help me understand what was wrong. He also quoted me a price under other competitors. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My furnace crapped out just as temps started dropping so my house was in the high 40s. Leonard came out the same day I called them and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 mins. He temporarily got my furnace up and running for the night and came back the next day with the replacement part. Overall, they're efficient, affordable, and very friendly. Cannot recommend this business enough!
