We recently purchased a 10K building in inner Portland to house my creative team. I cannot say enough great things about our mortgage broker, Aaron Stoffers. It was our first commercial purchase so in addition to seeking the right answers, we didn't even know the right questions to ask. Him and the First Citizens team helped us navigate the entire process. And surprisingly, it was the easiest part of the building purchase. The conventional loan we received from First Citizens had the lowest interest rate and best terms compared to the other 6 mortgage banking companies we shopped. But it was the relationship with Aaron that was the best part of the process. He kept us educated, abreast of deadlines, moved paperwork through expediently, made sure our bank loan closed on time and was always available. Great, great experience. Thanks Aaron!
