lucas showed up right on schedule, was courteous, wore a mask and gloves, and brought all the needed tools to unclog the drainpipe. The blockage was effectively removed and we made sure of it by running a hose at full blast for a minute. i highly recommend his plumbing work and service in portland!

My plumbing system malfunctioned today. Lucas was dispatched to my Portland home within the hour. The cost was significantly lower than what other local businesses had estimated. He fixed the problem, tidied up the area, and inspected the filter. He was courteous and gentle with my large dog, which most people tend to be afraid of. I was very satisfied with the service and extremely pleased with the price.

It is a local family owned business. Price was similar to TVWD. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate my test request with in a week. I only called them once to schedule the test and they took care of the rest. Mr. Cookman also showed me how to prepare my sprinkler system for freezing weather. Great service. Highly recommended.
