We had an amazing experience at the Portland Adidas Employee Store. What truly made our visit exceptional was Jeremy Rohrman. My daughter had her heart set on a custom jersey, but we were in a serious time crunch and needed to get to the airport. Jeremy went above and beyond to make it happen and made sure everything was done perfectly. We literally received the jersey right before we had to leave for our flight. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a memorable moment for my daughter. That level of service is rare. Thank you, Jeremy, for making it happen. We will definitely be back.

Store is not that big as I supposed. But the staff were very friendly and attentive. The policy for shopping customers were absolutely much better than Nike employee store where I was rejectedto shop. I was allowed to come in at the reception although I was not an employee nor registered customer with an invitation. The receptionist gave me a in-store shopping pass with additional 50% off. The day I came was raining so it was not that crowded,but there was still a long line for checkout.

Line was easily 100 people long and an hour wait, yet the employees had zero urgency or care. Two people working the registers and dozens roaming the floor aimlessly Not worth saving 50%. Manager of this place should be fired.
