Train conductor or whoever the hell honked 32 times each of varying length I counted at 12am Monday NOV 24th 25 I tried calling and the people who picked up were of no help to address why the need of train honking that many times at 12AM WAS FOR!!!! I got told if I was continuing to be an ass she would hang up. SORRY I WAS AWAKEN BY 30something honks at 12AM and the lady I was taking too wasnt even at the location aldnpwnsofneksk dosbdb

My experience UP is extremely very low, because of the person inside the office, this guy got nothing, no customer service, and he got a bud mouse too. I don't have any idea why he thi guy is there, he never UP from that stupid chair, that is why he is so heavy. No only to me he hate everyone who came through that window. I also want let UP know that the have good people too, the person who helped me on the phone, she was polite and helpful. But customer always looking at the bad apple, such as the big guy at the front desk.

My husband works for a company that has to go in there. And if you interrupt their lunch they have to take a 2nd one. Shift change is at 3. So don't ask roadability to fix anything at 2pm. They will let drivers rot in their trucks before they help them. And people wonder why groceries or packages are not being delivered? Or prices are high. And if you pull a broken chasis out they back charge the company because they wouldn't fix it. What a disaster.
