I cannot express how grateful for the hard work that Kim and Francisco provided to sell my house extremely fast. My circumstances required me to list and sell quickly. Kim and Francisco stepped up and came up with a wonderful plan to help transform the house so it could be listed and sold in haste. They worked tirelessly, paying attention to every detail to make the home pristine. Kim and Francisco really came through for us! My mom and stepdad were unexpectedly facing health challenges, and we needed to sell their home quickly. They had lived there for over 18 years, and the house was full of memories and belongings. This created a heavy responsibility for my sister and me, and we were feeling overwhelmed. I reached out to Kim and Francisco, and they immediately took charge. They worked with us to quickly come up with a great plan. While the house was waiting to be sold, they handled every issue that came up—like getting the sprinkler system repaired and even dyeing the grass green during a stretch of heat with no water. They went above and beyond to maximize the value of the home, especially given that this was a significant asset for my parents' care. They recommended fresh paint throughout the interior and helped us replace four different types of flooring with one cohesive, modern engineered wood, creating a beautiful, updated look. They also arranged for a pre-inspection so we could address any issues before listing. This proactive approach allowed us to avoid delays and ensure everything was in great shape for potential buyers. The house sold quickly and for a great price, despite the uncertain economic climate. Kim or Francisco would be a wise choice to help you buy or sell your home, luckily, you don’t have to choose! With all the challenges and uncertainties in the process, it is a relief to know you have a team! For my wife and I, it was (what seemed to us) a challenging sale of a ‘fixer upper’. We were patiently and respectfully walked through the list of tasks that would help in the sale of our unique property. Which included repairs we could to make ourselves and access to skilled professionals/tradespeople needed to increase the sell/desire-ability of our home. We have bought and sold a few houses now and there is no comparison to the service and the care (as well as the top dollar) we received while working with K&F. Kim and Francisco were very easy to work with. It is always nice to have competent guidance in such big transactions. They kept me informed throughout the entire transaction. They recommended, (and with my approval) scheduled and oversaw important tasks that would help increase the value of the home we sold. They provided support and reminders for items that were my responsibility so that the entire sale project would stay on schedule.
