Love these folks. Friendly, efficient and tend to have every service you might need including shredding, notary, passport photos, plus all the shipping. It's been peace of mind to have a secure mailbox for package deliveries.
I live close so I have come in several times. The last time I went in, they asked me what was in the package because I had a fragile sticker on it. I printed out the USPS tracking label already, I just needed them to mail it for me. I told him it was a smartphone (my mistake). Later, I found that the package was never shipped. I went and asked them to find it and ship it, to no avail. Can't say for certain that they purposely did this, but asking me what was in the package specifically was a red flag. I'm out $350.
I went there the other day for the second time and was greeted by a very friendly lady who retrieved my package right away! Great customer service!! I will be getting my packages sent there from now on!! Thank - you postal Annex!!!
I "had" been a customer for over 20 years. I've never seen a fail like this. Ordered business cards on the 16th. Told 2-3 days turnaround. Called on the 22nd. Told job not found? Canceled my order. On the plus side, refund process was simple.
Extremely rude to me when I had an issue with passport photos. I’m trying to get my passport application done and only have 7 days to do so. I went in to get a passport photo after doing full makeup and wearing a particular outfit. That evening when I tried to submit the photo, the application said the background was too dark. I could see that my background did look slightly more grey. I called this morning to see what we could do about the issue, and no one answered so I left a nice voicemail. After not hearing from anyone for two hours, I called back and spoke to a woman. I explained the issue and she immediately told me their photos get rejected all the time and it’s extremely difficult with the online application. I asked if sometimes it’s better to print it out and scan it and she said it didn’t make a difference. I explained not to be combative but my boyfriend had gone to a different place, had photos taken, and then scanned the photo himself and his online application had been accepted. She said fine come in and then you can scan it yourself but we can’t do that for you. At this point from her attitude, I had lost faith in their passport photos at all, so I just said okay can I just get a refund. She was like you will have to come in with a receipt. This is not close to my house and it’s their fault and I have no reason to go back there. A refund over the phone would have been a simple thing they could have done to fix the issue. She was extremely curt the entire conversation and acted like this is not her problem. I will not be back for anything including passport photos.
