They were VERY communicative, prompt, and the actual fix on my siding was completed in under two hours! They were able to replace the siding and color match. Most quotes I got were over $1000 and they were able to quote me under $500. They saved quite a bit of money and were able to help quickly! I so appreciate them! Thank you so much!

Paul and his team were terrific to work with. I have a small 2nd floor balcony that needed to be rebuilt, and I had other contractors tell me the job was too small for them. Paul was happy to check it out and guide me through the process. He was communicative throughout, keeping me well informed of the timing of the project, and the reason for a little setback in the timing. A neighbor told me she was walking by while the team was working on my balcony, and she heard them discussing the details of the job. She said it was clear that they cared and were paying attention even to little things, details that other teams might rush through or not care about. 100% I recommend Paul and his team!

We had a great experience with PNW Home Improvements. We moved to Portland in May and purchased an older home. We knew that there were a few things we wanted to get done right off the bat. Paul from PNW gave his thoughts and time even before we purchased the home during our inspection. The work included replacing water lines, adding a glass shower door, installing a bidet, installing a decorative handrail to our basement, painting and drywall repair. Paul and his team were excellent communicators and problem solvers. The project moved along nicely and we were consistently notified about the schedule and any changes. Overall the experience was extremely pleasant and we will definitely be working with PNW Home Improvements in the future. If you are in the market, give Paul a call.
