Thank GOD my coworker told me about Pinnacle in Portland! After my first inquiry they called back within an hour. I was booked literally 2 days later for my New Patient Appointment. I have an entire TEAM of friendly knowledgeable and kind people. Every employee has been excellent. The facility is clean and beautiful. I especially love the new Tigard office. I love the ladies there!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to ORM/Pinnacle Fertility, both the Portland and Tigard locations.
My husband and I struggled for years to have a child. We were eventually able to conceive our son with medication, but our joy was met with unimaginable grief when we learned he had Trisomy 22 mosaic. After experiencing a stillbirth at 33 weeks, we knew we needed help to grow our family.
We first tried IUI through Kaiser out of pocket, which was unsuccessful. Later, my employer partnered with Progyny, and a quick Google search led us to ORM—and that changed everything.
Scheduling a new patient appointment was quick and easy. We worked with Dr. Hesla, who is both practical and compassionate. The process is long, but incredibly thorough. You’re assigned a patient navigator who is available via text, which makes communication simple and stress-free. There’s also a dedicated text line for financial counseling, which helped make everything much more streamlined.
Early on, they suspected I had endometriosis, which finally gave us an explanation for years of unexplained infertility and failed IUI attempts. Despite this, we were told we were excellent candidates for IVF with a freeze-all cycle, which was extremely important to us so we could do genetic testing on the embryos.
I won’t sugarcoat it—prepping for egg retrieval is not for the faint of heart. Between the injections and coordinating medications, it can be stressful. The clinic worked hard with my insurance, but there were definitely some high-stress moments along the way.
The egg retrieval itself went smoothly (tip: if you have sleep apnea, bring your guard or CPAP). By the grace of God and the dedication of our incredible healthcare team, our very first transfer was successful.
Dr. Hesla gave me several protocol options and made recommendations based on my personal fertility health. The care felt truly individualized, which I deeply appreciated.
I am now 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant with a healthy baby girl.
We absolutely plan to return once I’m cleared to use the two embryos we still have waiting.
Overall, I cannot recommend ORM enough. Stay in close contact with your patient navigator—no question is ever stupid. They truly are there to help, and they genuinely care.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at ORM. From day one working with them I felt seen and understood. The staff and doctors were extremely kind, caring, and always quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Infertility had been so draining for us but after only a short few weeks of going to ORM I was pregnant with my first child through the process of IUI. The whole process was quick and painless, and the doctors and my coordinator especially, were encouraging, informative, and so very kind through the whole thing. I would highly recommend ORM to anyone going through infertility
We had an amazing experience at ORM/Pinnacle. Going through infertility is so extremely difficult but Dr. Barbieri was instrumental in making our dreams come true. She was kind, realistic, and extremely knowledgeable. The nurses were also great to work with, so efficient and kind through a hard time. We were also assigned a patient navigator, Mahea, who was available pretty much 24/7 via text/call for our questions and we received responses SO quickly. I would highly recommend utilizing Pinnacle for fertility services - we will be back for baby number 2!

I had an amazing experience with ORM (now Pinnacle). Their IVF expertise is truly outstanding, and one of the main reasons I chose ORM was because of their excellent lab and advanced embryology technology. In the end, everything went very smoothly for me.
The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and patient, and they always took the time to explain things clearly. My coordinator was also wonderful — responsive, organized, and genuinely compassionate.
From the very beginning, I felt I was in the best hands. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and their professionalism and kindness made this journey so much easier. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done.
