I’ve been going to Kristi for many years. My lashes always look great and she’s capable of doing any style I want. I like my lashes to look natural but voluminous and she does a great job everytime.

Kristi is amazing at her lash extension application! My first application was in 2016 and have had services with her (on and off) since then! Relaxing atmosphere and gentle demeanor! Would highly recommend!

So beyond impressed with Kristi's unmatched lash talent! I had my first appointment with her to get a full set of lashes yesterday evening and was unsure about what to expect with the whole process itself because of a previous terrible experience at a different salon in the area. Kristi is so gentle and personable. She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked into her adorable, chic boutique space (right above Starbucks in Multnomah Village). She has extensive knowledge about the lash process and helped me understand what probably went wrong with my previous lash failure. She talked with me about what I wanted the lashes to look like and feel like, she showed me pictures to confirm that we were on the same page about my expectations and confirmed the amount of time that she would need for the appointment that day, and asked if that worked for my schedule as well! So considerate! I don't think I've ever been asked that at an appointment of any kind! She uses great products and is able to talk to answer your questions about the risks of having lashes and what she can do to help minimize those concerns for you. Top notch customer service! I can't stop admiring how amazing and even natural the lashes look! If you've ever had a bad experience or are hesitant to try lash extensions.......put your trust in Kristi, she will show you how lashes can take your look up a notch without any extra daily effort on your part.
