We are a vendor that works with NAI Elliott to meet varied security needs in the Portland area. All of our Property Manager contacts have been wonderful partners who communicate well and clearly prioritize their clients' and tenants' best interests. Would highly recommend!

NAI Elliot manages the property at 4511 SE Hawthorne. They pushed all the businesses out in hopes of talking the owners into demolishing the building and putting in a mixed use apartment building. The owner told them they didn't want to do that (this from the NAI Elliot worker who came with the fire department to check on the building after someone broke in.) Sometime between 3/26 and 3/27 they building was covered in graffiti. This city notified management on 3/30. It's now 4/14 and the building is still covered in graffiti with curse words and racial slurs. They refused to work with the old businesses in the building on lease negotiations (who tried to stay in the lease - this from my dentist who was in the building and is now relocated to Clackamas) which forced 2 of the businesses to go under and displacing the others. Why would anyone entrust their buildings with them? They clearly care very little about the property they manage or the neighborhoods the properties are in.

Our company has been a Lighting Contractor working with Elliott for over 20 years. We appreciate how well they communicate and are always available to help when there are questions about jobs. Elliott is a company that wants to create long term relationships with their vendors which fits well with our company.

I had the absolute best experience with broker Emmy Johnston of NAI Elliott. I was reccomended to her for her expertise in retail leasing as I was looking to relocate my business. Emmy was on top of every detail, professional, always responded quickly, and was incredibly nice. She went above and beyond to not only help me find the new location, but negotiations and signing. There were many times I would’ve been lost in the process if she wasn’t there, but she was patient and helped every step of the way and made it so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly outstanding at what she does!
