I was in the market for insurance, and called Marsh and McLennan specifically due to a company I was interested in, but only offers policies through brokers. I called, and was told both agents were on the phone, but was directed to Bryce’s voicemail. I left a voicemail for Bryce on the 31st, and never got a call back (today is the 9th). I will make sure not to call Marsh and McLennan for my future insurance needs.
