We LOVED our experience with Jessica, Sofi and Jenessa at Living Room Realty. We will forever be bragging to our friends and family about how awesome the team was. Not only did they help us buy our first home in our dream neighborhood, but they also were our therapists, cheerleaders, and confidants along the way. Jessica provided endless wisdom and coached us through the highs and lows of house hunting, Sofi spent many weekends joyfully showing us homes around town and teaching us about the intricacies of what to look for in a home (shocker: it's not JUST about how cute it is, darn!), and Jenessa was always there with quick organization and follow up. We are SO grateful for them. Now they are just going to have to put up with regular text & photo updates of us making the house our own :)

I'm looking for a new place and scheduled a showing that was self-guided. It was an intrusive pain in the ass to upload my id and jump through the hoops. I get to the location (and I'm then required to share my phone's location, another intrusion) and cannot get inside. I tried several times and then called the number provided. They were of absolutely no help and I was told I'd get a call back from the property manager in a bit. It's been nine hours, guess they won't be getting back to me like they said. I asked how I can have them delete my personal information and was told to ask the property manager when they get back to me. I'll be calling them tomorrow to let them know about this great experience. Also, the unit itself had water pouring right in front of the entryway, I guess it's a surprise that it rains constantly here and perhaps the entry shouldn't be a waterfall. Overall, a complete waste of my time and an exercise in frustration.

A lot of Portland realtors are unhelpful and don't bother answering your questions. This is not the case for Living Room Realty, I had several questions about the application process and Andrew and Sterling were very understanding and helpful.
