I extend my gratitude to Maria for her invaluable assistance and patience throughout the process of securing both automobile and renter's insurance policies. Her professionalism and punctuality were exemplary.
Although I have not had this insurance long just yet, I am however extremely satisfied so far. As they have kept every promise they have made as to date, and my agent "H" was extremely knowledgeable and communicated everything with a professionalism unheard of in today's rude customer service world, that we all have been forced to suffer with in recent years. I am not paid for my review, I am just happy to highly recommend this insurance to anyone on a budget and needs great coverage to fit your budget.
I had a couple of quirky issues, and the staff here could not have been friendlier or more effective helping me resolve them. It sounds like they’re all great, but I’ll make special mention of Natalie. She’s awesome.
Maria was super helpful, answered all of it questions and got us set up with some awesome discounts on our home and car insurance. She was also understanding of our busy schedule and having it take a little more time to get her questions answered
Abby is incredible! She was so helpful in getting my insurance switched over after moving, and with every question I had she was ready with an answer. I am so pleased with my decision to stay with State Farm, the process was so much easier than I expected it to be. Will be a returning customer for a while yet.
