Dr. Serpa rocks. Her office got me in extremely quickly and has worked with my situation to ensure that I'm getting the best care possible without up selling on anything. Professional all the way around.
Dr. Serpa was friendly, kind and very thorough during my hearing evaluation. To my surprise, some of the tests she conducted were new to me, even though I have visited several audiologists over the years. After testing, we reviewed and discussed the results in detail as well as my case history as it might pertain to my hearing loss. Building trust with a health care provider is important to me and from the very beginning of our session I felt confident in her experience and expertise. Dr. Serpa listened attentively to my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and made sure I felt engaged throughout the session. I highly recommend Dr. Sherpa and I will be returning for hearing aids and follow up.
Cannot Remember Nice Women Audiology Name - She is great !! explained everything .. like most is using not sound .. also included was words play, very effective on my hearing, gave some interesting information which I didn't know .. also looking forward to getting me pair of aids too .. really thankful for the time
This is such a great place to get hearing aids. It is hard to believe that it has been 2 years since I got my hearing aids- time flys. One reason I lost track of that aspect of time is that my hearing aids have worked perfectly for the entire time. Day in- day out, I just depended on them to help me accurately navigate and interact effectively and they did. Great flexibility in adjusting my hearing in different environments, easy charging and battery life. And best of all, the staff at Hearing Resources advised and fitted my hearing aids perfectly. I knew if I had any questions or issue, they were just a simple phone call away and even could have remotely adjusted my hearing aids if needed. I strongly recommend Hearing Resources for your hearing needs.
When inquiring about the price for a hearing test, I was quoted $200–$300 for a hearing and auditory processing assessment, but was billed $477. The test didn’t provide new information and only served as a prerequisite to see an auditory trainer. I called four different times to ask about the discrepancy and discuss either a price adjustment or a payment plan. Each time I was told someone would follow up with me, and no one did. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.
