Communication and repairs for property have been terrible. I paid for an office with a private lobby and then they removed the door due to an ineffective AC system. I could not get them to return the door until there was a robbery. After the robbery it took them A MONTH to change the locks even though the robbers had the keys!
Rented from these fine folks for over a year. I never had any issues at all. They are patient and kind. Very professional. I hope to do business with them in the future should the opportunity to arise.
We leased a space they managed and it was a terrible experience. They charged us for common area maintenance but we never had a common area and they never did maintenance. They don’t care about anything except getting their money and would often not be honest with us about things. They even threatened us with lawyer when questioned about the common area fees. I’d give negative five stars if I could.
Hanna Network was great! We appreciated their responsiveness and high quality communication. We would definitely recommend renting from them!
My wife and I have been leasing a commercial space from Hanna Network for the last year and a half. So far we have been happy and comfortable with our experience. The leasing process was straightforward, any issues with the property have been addressed fairly, and the communication with management has been clear and timely.
