Terrible service! Missed my entire block for pickup and no one contacted me to let me know they would be by on another day, I had to call. I asked for a credit, which is very reasonable given the circumstance and I was told they don't do credits. Since there is no alternative garbage service because they have a monopoly on the area, me and everyone around me is stuck with them and their terrible or lack of customer service. They might miss your garbage pick up but they don't ever miss a billing cycle.

Multiple missed trash and/or yard waste pickup. Front desk is normally helpful, but having to store an extra week’s worth of trash or yard waste on multiple occasions is not appropriate. For clarity, my bins are always placed less than 2 feet from the street, facing the proper direction, and spaced more than 3 feet apart.

The front desk ladies are always super nice & it’s a great spot around the corner to recycle as I have a lot being a business owner I’m so grateful for them

Outstanding, professional garbage disposal and transfer station! Offering free cardboard and electronic recycling drops. Mr. Ronson & Mr. Miller are top-notch at running and maintaining an eco-friendly sanitation service! Shot out to Mr. Hart - a Master Route Technician! 👍👍
