I had an amazing experience with Michelle Motorca. She gave me the best blowout ever! I also loved the shampoo , conditioning and head the massage she gave me! My hair feels very soft!The salon is clean and welcoming! I will definitely go back for more services!
I had the best haircut experience ever!! First time my haircut meets my expectations, I am so happy and satisfied :) I have thick hair and Dayla was very patient, understanding, caring, as well as super talented and gave me such a beautiful layered cut. Melody has given me some of the best curly haircuts I’ve ever had! She’s the only stylist that knows how to style my hair exactly how I like it as well. Highly recommend seeing her for cuts or color!
I desperately walked into the salon after receiving a poorly executed bang trim from a different salon the day prior. Thank goodness Sofiya had just had a cancellation and was more than willing to help me correct my bangs. She quickly identified that shifting my part, adding face framing and all around layers in addition to thinning and reshaping my bangs would create a more natural look and we embarked on creating whole new hairdo. She really made an effort to gain my trust by explaining what she was doing and why. She strategically kept me turned away from the mirror, but turned me towards it on occasion when she was at a good stopping point for a progress update. As she dried my hair, Sofiya talked me through how to dry and style it to enhance the best aspects of the style. I had walked in on the verge of tears and hating my haircut, but thankfully I walked out both liking it and breathing easier. I could not be more grateful for her approach and skill. I’ve already booked my next two appointments with a plan on how to continue to adjust my hair. An impressive recovery and a positive experience.
My college age daughter had Abbi (insta @abbisanchezpdx) - a lead stylist - and she did a FABULOUS job at listening to her requests. My daughter has long, wavy, thicker hair. She wanted long layers and some wispy face framing bangs. What a great result! First time customers and we highly recommend Abbi. Abbi proved to be a gifted stylist and a great listener to clients' requests. Also, in addition to the great haircut, the service at the salon is very professional, and the atmosphere is lovely and charming. The Multnomah Village location is a wonderful space in which to receive 5 star treatment.
