I’ve been coming here for a decade now. Not once have I had a bad experience, not once have I felt like I was confused or being ripped off. They genuinely go above and beyond to make it a stress free and fairly priced experience. I just had my car dropped off and they got all the work done within a day. Most car shops keep my car for a week minimum even with a scheduled appointment. Hands down recommend this place a million times over. All of the staff is amazing. You will not be disappointed

I brought my Prius in with an urgent tire issue - two hours before closing on New Year's Eve! I was treated with friendly faces and reassurance that they would do what they could to take care of it before closing. The technician and owner stayed past closing to get the work finished. They wanted to make sure I was not driving on a dangerous tire. It was so generous for them to stay late to get the work done. Everyone was friendly throughout the process, even though they were very busy before the holiday. I am so grateful to them!

I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in years at Firestone on 82nd. Luca was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. I discovered a screw in my tire at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday and was already stressed with a family service to attend the next day. Luca immediately put me at ease — he explained everything clearly, got me in right away, and the repair was fast, affordable, and done with real care. Top-notch service all around. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this location to others.
