Friendly knowledgeable staff. Pulled in was immediately helped. They Diagnosed the problem with my bmw and ordered the part. Nice little shop recommended by a friend who also drives a foreign. Very reasonably priced.

More reviews on GoogleI’ve been dealing with this shop for years, and while their quotes are only slightly lower than the authorized dealer, the customer experience is absolutely night and day in the worst way. This shop has a total lack of transparency and unethical practices 1. Invoicing is non-existent unless you beg. If you pay cash for a repair, you practically have to chase them down to get a receipt. This is the opposite of professional business practice. 2. They skip CarFax reporting. For import car owners, that missing service history is a massive red flag and severely affects the vehicle’s value and history tracking. The staff and management here are genuinely aggressive and pushy. I highly suspect many of their high scores are forced. Staff aggressively demands that you write a positive review immediately after service. If you dare to leave a critical or honest rating, they immediately go on the defensive, personally attacking reviewers and even attempting to get honest reviews removed from Google Maps. The way they treat long-time customers is shocking. Once, after a mirror repair, I went to retrieve my own money from the counter, and the owner’s family member literally ran out of the back office, yelling and accusing me of trying to steal their money or property. Their standard, arrogant line to customers is, “If you don’t like our shop, don’t come.” They are consistently rude and operate with an entitled, abrasive attitude. Finally, their connection to local tow services feels suspicious. Once your car is towed here, you seem to get trapped in a frustrating cycle of repeat repairs, making you seriously wonder what they are actually doing to the vehicle. They act like they are the biggest import shop in Portland, but their customer service and ethics are amateur at best. Avoid them if you want professional service and peace of mind.
Joe and his Dad are the truly experienced experts who knows German Engines better than anyone in Portland! Tiguan needed a new starter last minute they got me in and taken care of in record time! You have earned a customer for life!
Awesome and very knowledgeable shop. Kind, courteous and affordable! Fixed my 2008 BMW X5 right up. No codes and runs smoothly!
Airport Audi dealer recommended front brakes and rotors for $1800 on our A6, and replacement ($2900) of both engine mounts due to leaky dampening fluid in one of them. I brought the car here for the brakes, and after the inspection phoned and me I don't need rotors, so my total was $485. I asked him to look at the engine mounts while it was up in the air, and he agreed that one had leaked, but said (as I suspected) that it wasn't a problem worth fixing at all Even more amazing? I had randomly stopped in at 9:00 a.m. today (a Thursday) and just got the car back about 4:00 p.m. Like other reviews say, these guys seem very honest and while I was a first-time customer, I can't imagine taking this car elsewhere. We're going to have it a while and they've earned a steady customer.
