Brian and the team at Cougar Restoration are professional, thorough and fast! They came highly recommended by a fellow mold inspection contractor who we trust. During our Real Estate transaction we needed work completed quickly to meet our timeline and the team at Cougar rose to the occasion. They worked on a crawl space water remediation and attic mold remediation . I had 10 star experience working with the team. Brian, Wayne and Will were exceptional to partner with. Will be calling them for any restoration work in the future.
I had a shower drain leak into my crawlspace. Cougar Restoration was able to clean up the soiled visqueen(plastic liner) and insulation. They dried the space, subflooring and checked the surrounding area for additional leaks and damage. Then they reinstalled the insulation finding some heating duct that had come undone at some point of having a number of workers (including another company) in and out of the crawlspace. Cougar Restoration repaired the duct at some additional cost. The estimate and work they did was a very good value and quality. Working with Brian, Wayne, Elliot and Brenden was pleasant and easy. Especially Elliot who did most of the labor and repairs. He's a rockstar. I recommend calling Cougar Restoration for crawlspace restoration.

They performed a project involving surface mold removal/cleaning in a few bathrooms, swapped out some venting work in the attic to improve ventilation, and replaced some wet/compromised baseboard trim in a couple bathrooms, which involved punching holes in a couple walls along the baseboard behind toilets. Pricing was reasonable. Communication was very good with regular updates along the way. There were a couple minor schedule delays along the way (other higher priority emergency work)...which were annoying, but Cougar was honest about the reasons/status, and got things quickly back on track. There was a price adjustment at the tail end of the project that resulted in a ~7% increase, but it was communicated in advance and fair. All around a positive experience on what was a kinda minor job for them, but big/important for me.

Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction with Cougar Restoration. Brian promptly responded to my request for a post-extermination cleanup bid and provided a clearly written, detailed estimate. Likewise, Brian's team arrived promptly to my home and were courteous, respectful, and professional. The original bid I had requested from Brian was based on the [third party] exterminator's description to me of the condition of the attic as being good with minimal cleanup required. However, when I viewed the attic with the Cougar Restoration crew shortly after their arrival, it was clear that the attic's condition was poor and that a major cleanup and sanitation were necessary. Fortunately, Brian is an honorable businessperson and he agreed that his team would fully restore the attic to excellent condition with only a very slight cost increase to me. Despite the amount of unpleasant work required, the team remained enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to complete the job to my satisfaction. In fact, they performed additional work outside the scope of a standard cleanup of this nature and remained on site working until the job was completed in its entirety. Within an hour of the job's completion, Cougar Restoration e-mailed me a copy of my paid invoice as well as multiple clear color photographs of my attic before and after their work. I would highly recommend Cougar Restoration for their honesty, excellent communication, quality work, courtesy, and professionalism.
