If you're looking to get your tire replaced, or repaired I would suggest you go to Les Schwab, they will have you in and out in less than 20 minutes. So last Saturday, I went to Costco tire center, I made an appointment online, because my tire kept going flat, which I suspect it may have had a nail in it. Made the appointment, got their got checked in, the person that checked me in acted like she did not want to be there, and here's a tip, if you go to Costco to get your tire repaired and they're not Costco tires and if your tires are over 5 years old, they will not repair it, but they will try to sell you expensive ones, instead.
So, when they checked my tire they said, I was going to be an hour. I waited over an hour, not to mention the fact before, they can even see your vehicle, they want you to pay $15 as a down payment, just in case they need to repair it. So, over an hour later, the gentleman said there's a nail in my tire, but he can't fix it because, the tire is over 5 years old. Then proceeded to tell me, that I can go get my vehicle, which is in the Overflow parking in the parking lot and proceeded to point out to me, a map that doesn't, tell me how to get to my vehicle. Imagine my disgust, as I'm cold and trying to find my vehicle. In disbelief, I called Les Schwab, they said they can see me, today they fixed my tire for free and proceeded, to let me know that Costco only wants to sell you tires, they do not want to repair your tires. I would strongly suggest, you go to Les Schwab because, they will do you right, you'll get a good warranty and they will not overpriced you for tires.

I was visiting Oregon and had the morning free so I decided to get my tires rotated. I dropped my car off. Then a half hour later I got a call that they couldn’t touch them because of “uneven wear”. They then asked if I wanted to buy new tires. When I asked questions about the issue, they said it probably had to do with an alignment or balance issue. I told them I have them serviced regularly at Costco and he didn’t respond, only tried to sell me tires again. I told them just to put the tires back on. A week later I went to another Costco location and they rotated the tires no problem. I asked about the condition of the tires and they said they were getting close to end of life but were good for another couple rotation cycles atleast before I needed to start shopping for new tires. It is unfortunate the Costco in aloha is running this scam. I buy my tires from Costco to avoid this type of thing.
Excellent experience - quick, professional, great product and price. I browsed and ordered my tires online, being sure to follow the directions about checking for the correct size against what is posted on my car. Tires were delivered much sooner than expected and when I called to confirm they were available, I received friendly and helpful customer service on the phone. I scheduled an appointment online for the same day for installation. In person, I received friendly and professional service and my car with new tires installed was ready to go in the time expected (about an hour with an appointment on a Thursday afternoon). Thank you Costco Tire Center!

1 is not low enough.
I brought my brand new vehicle with 4k miles to this facility to swap out my pilot sport cup 2s to the pilot sport 4s tires. (Track to road tires) and when the did the wheel swap they decided to scrape up the inner wheel wall on my rims giving it a few very noticeable deep marks through the metal finish. They did this to remove the old wheel weights. I only noticed this because i got a wabble while driving and noticed that 2 of the tires have already had wheel weights (installed by costco) fall off. I bought new weight and found this when putting an extra wheel weight back on this front left tire. I will never return to this shop. I have a 70k sports car and maybe the tech was having a bad day or hated my car, im not sure. But this is not acceptable on any level. And I wish I had noticed this the day of the tire swap and not this late. One last note, they didn't remove all of the old sticky residue from the previous wheel weights either. Just looks like they used a flat head screw driver and sliced up my rim. Thanks for awful service guys.
Great prices, and service. As of Winter 2021, Costco offers exclusively Interstate Batteries. Included comes a generous 36 month warranty (through Costco), and a refundable $15 core charge. Smaller car models start at $79.99 (not including the refundable core charge). You can return your original battery to any Costco, for the return of your core charge. You are not required to return your original battery to the same location as where you purchased, but you must have the original receipt in hand.
Most tire centers are open until 6pm, 7 days of the week. It's a good idea to call the location you plan to visit for purchase ahead of time, to ensure they have your model in stock.
