Chris is professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the business. I was immediately confident in him and his capacity to support us through a very stressful time of listing our house for rent. We were not in town and we were sure he was handling everything for us very well. There were complicated details and various issues to follow up on and he handled all of it quickly and professionally. His experience and expertise in the field is invaluable. I highly recommend Chris and his team!

I was just paying rent and thought to leave a review, I have been in this unit for 3 yrs now and I have no complaints, the pricing is totally reasonable, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the move in/application process was so seamless and quick I thought it was a scam! the leaf blower guy is annoying but the property is tended to weekly which is ultimately a good sign.

We rented from Core for about a year and a half until our rental needs changed and they were great. They responded to maintenance requests super fast and once when the dryer ate our quarters, David showed up at the door with a whole handful to replace them. When we started looking for a new place, Melissa (who is awesome!) corresponded with us about upcoming rentals to fit our needs. Anytime we needed to reach Chris, we got a quick and thorough response. When we moved out, they took around $350 out of our deposit for repairs to the apartment and ozone treatment for our pets, which we felt was reasonable. Seriously, if you are searching for a fair and honest management company, Core will not disappoint.

This is technically an updated review. Today I received an email from Chris Johnson threatening me to take down my review or else he would sue me for defamation/libel because I gave an honest review and he did not like that I said he "conned" us out of our deposit. As you can see in other reviews, he uses threats against tenants to scare them into doing as he says. As for our time as tenants, it wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best. Core Realtors has an exceptionally terrible maintenance team that leave jobs half done - literally. If you are a current renter, make sure you do a walk through with someone present - they will NOT schedule this. We left our home thoroughly cleaned - we even had our friends come by to throw out the trash for us on trash day the following week as we moved out of state. Core Realtors wrongly charged us for labor and cleaning. We have never had such an experience with a landlord and have never felt the need to warn the public of a property management company until now. If you are ever threatened by Chris Johnson remember that you have rights, too.

Chris Johnson had been my property manager for the last two years, he has been a tremendous help. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and honest team. I would highly recommend Core Realtors. Chris is very knowledge and I 100% trusted his opinion and guidance. Thank you Core Realtors for all the help over the last two years!
