I previously left a 5-star review for this shop in August 2025 after an earlier visit, which makes this disappointing to write. A few days ago, I called to schedule an oil change for my Maserati. I was quoted just under $400 and told it would take a couple of hours. I scheduled a time and dropped the car off at 10:30 AM on the following Monday. After not hearing anything for several hours, I called at 4:48 PM for a status update and was told the car was being worked on. At 6:31 PM, they called to inform me that mice droppings were found in the engine air filter and that the car would need to stay overnight. I confirmed the car would be ready by 10:30 AM and expected an update when it was ready. The following morning, I did not receive a call, so I arrived at the shop around 9:45 AM to check on the car. I was told it was ready, and then the owner informed me the total would be $836. I was not contacted beforehand to approve this significant price increase. The work itself may be fine, but the combination of the unexpected cost and the lack of proactive communication was extremely frustrating. Clear pricing and approval before major cost changes are essential for customers. Based on this experience, I will take my business elsewhere. I’m sharing this so future customers can make informed decisions.
