My experience? 5 stars. My alternator randomly died in the night, and I had to push my vehicle to a somewhat secluded parking lot in Beaverton. I called them at 9am the next morning. They sent a technician out asap to diagnose I had a bad alternator. The tech got the part and had it fixed by 1pm. The tech put it in right there in the secluded parking lot in less than ideal weather(not pouring rain but not clear skies either). I searched how much a new alternator cost, they were right in the zone of the fair price range for the work. Especially since they came out to a random parking lot and did it without me having to tow my vehicle somewhere. I haven't had any problems since. Really appreciate how they helped me out. I can't work without my vehicle. If you're in a bind in the Beaverton area and can't get it anywhere to get it fixed, give them a call. 👍
