The Service Team is EXCEPTIONAL! Prior to my appointment I had good contact and follow-up to get me the time slot that I needed. Once there, I was checked in quickly and I relaxed in the customer lounge. After my service was completed, I was given a detailed summary of the service, the vehicle inspection and upcoming recommended maintenance actions - HOWEVER there was NO PRESSURE, just an explanation. Standout Service Team member: Aaron B. who patiently answered ALL of my numerous questions on parts, .maintenance schedules and services and made me feel VERY welcome to the Infiniti family.

We had to do a little research on the type of oil my car used, but once that was done everything else was great. The service men were kind and respectful. Also, the waiting area was nice with an assortment of coffees, teas, and soft drinks. I really appreciated the recorded car review, it helps us prepare for the future.

Angel is best sales person I have ever worked with. I really mean that! That man is knowledgeable, personable and downright versatile! He was able to get everything we wanted at the price we were looking for, and he arranged everything from our upcoming service appointments to our new Infinity orientation in order to ensure we weren’t feeling bewildered upon leaving the dealership! The staff at Infiniti is excellent! They were able to make an appointment for me on short notice for an oil change, and while performing that sent me information regarding other service items that needed to be done. I approved the recommended work and they still had the car ready for me to pick up on time for me. I've only had my QX80 serviced here since I bought it and am really happy with the service here!
