Excellent Service from towing to repairing my vehicle! They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to assure that you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this shop for all automotive needs. An extra thanks to Bob who was empathetic and sympathetic to my issues and who made my experience seamless.
The guy that towed our car was rude to us even through we just got in a car accident. I almost cried so I had to back away while my boyfriend got the last things from our car. The guy that towed our car was only nice to the cops. The cops were nice to us but he was not very nice to us. We had a three way line phone call with him and us plus our insurance he was very rude to all three of us on the phone. We are out of state just trying to figure out things. Kindness goes a long way.
Wish I could give it zero stars. Had my car towed there Monday. Am told my car will be done Wednesday. Wednesday roles around and nobody answers my call. Thursday morning I call again and am told that the mechanic assigned to working on my car will not be able to work because he hurt his arm. I ask if there are any other workers available and they said there was someone else but he was "working on bigger things" and that basically I just need to get my car towed somewhere else. I lost out on at least 2 days of work as well as hundreds getting it towed there. As soon as I started talking about the money that I lost, they hung up and hang up every time I call how. The worst car place imaginable. And of course they offered no help getting my car anywhere else. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Their prices are reasonable and they treated me fairly and honestly. I will take my car back again if it requires more service.
If you have an oil leak DO NOT use this auto repair center. The issue was properly diagnosed but the work was not done correctly even after multiple "attempts". After 4 attempts and continuous smoking I took my car to another shop that was able to correct the issue on the first try. The main benefit is that their work is covered under a warranty but save yourself the time and go to another repair shop. They have done other work on my car that was great but oil leaks are not their strong suit.
