Brought my car into here a few times and every single time, they have fixed it and gave me a great price and fixed it at a very reasonable time. They are so nice and they are great at communicating what's going on so I could plan for other transportation when they needed my vehicle to stay over night. Chris is so awesome! He made sure my car got all done yesterday before the end of the day so my family could go see Santa today! ❤️
From the very beginning, this experience was so easy and effortless. Chris the customer service Representative was very knowledgeable and honest. The fee for examination of the vehicle was far less than most places. Unfortunately, we were delivered bad news our Transmission was shot, however no pressure to use their services and Chris shared some knowledge that I should pass on to the dealership. I would highly recommend AAMCO on McLaughlin .
Made a call and Chris answered, told him what I needed done and he said to bring it in when I was ready. I did expect to pay more than I budgeted for but it was for my daughter and she needs her car for work, early Christmas for her lol. Anyway brought it in first thing the next morning and Chris was there to help. I had to leave the car there because I didn’t have a ride to come back and Chris said it wasn’t a problem. Talked to him about other things that I needed done on the car that they don’t do and he made some calls and did some referrals for me. Told me he’d keep me updated and that he did. Called the next day it was done. First off, every where else I called I would’ve had to wait almost a month before they could fit me in for an appointment but at AAMCO I didn’t have to wait. Chris was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Mahalo (Thank You) to Chris and the crew at Milwaukee location
This place is a scam. Went in to get the oil changed in my transmission, they said there was a code reading for the transmission. They said it could be cleared with a diagnostics test. Next they call me and said that the radiator hose has blown. I ask how much, they say $225.00, now I am thinking small radiator hose hard to get to. Nope upper main hose part cost $21.00 and takes 15 minutes to install not $225.00. they ran my credit card twice so I had to pay two service charges, I am out $550.00 the oil never got changed and all I got from this place was an upper radiator hose for $550.00. The owner and his workers are scammers. Do not go here you will be ripped off. This place needs to go out of business. I don't know how you look at your self in the mirror knowing you rip people off.
We had our transmission rebuilt at another shop, but it failed within 400 miles. Of course, it was a Sunday, so I had no choice but to have our 35-foot motorhome towed to AAMCO in Aloha as it was the closest. While this shop couldn't handle our vehicle's size, AAMCO Milwaukie did, and Aloha rebuilt it successfully the second time under warranty. Dave, the owner of AAMCO Milwaukie, had told me twice over the phone that he couldn't work on my size of vehicle. However, once it was towed to his shop he went out of his way to get the job done! Jeff and Dave worked together to get us back on the road and traveling again. Thanks, guys!
